CELLAR ROOM | 14 Seated Only An intimate environment in our high-end wine cellar lined with redwood shelves and a brick alcove featuring large format bottles. Current Regional Menu: South of France Our exquisite menus change every three months with menu focuses on a region of the world, featuring around 70 wines from the region and a dining menu crafted to express traditional dishes and ingredients. Our wine program also includes over 1200 wines available by the bottle. The list features small production, terroir expressive wines from all around the world. Sommeliers are on hand to assist guests in navigating the selections. PRICING All bookings require a 3-hour Minimum 11AM-5PM Monday-Saturday (Lunch) CLOSED Sunday *Featured Hourly Rate* Monday-Saturday (Dinner) $100/hr + tax + tip = $135/hr food/bar tab ——————— FOOD AND BAR Food and Bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 20 guests. Host will work with Guest on customizing menus based off the current regional focus food and drink. After the hosted food and bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. Host can assist guest on these elements and refer guest to Peerspace Concierge Team for anything else. ——————— CONVENIENCE Shared rides are always recommended if you plan on drinking. Metered and hourly parking are available.
*PLEASE NOTE: All lunch bookings must end by 5PM. We hold many private events starting prep at 5PM, therefore all guests will be asked to leave if this is the case. If there is not another private event, guests may keep the space private for the additional hourly rate to be added to booking total. If there are other spaces available, host is also happy to move guests into another non-private space to further enjoy the atmosphere and any additional food or drink purchases. We allow any and all service animals in our spaces. PRICING Please note: when not hosting private events, we operate as a restaurant open to the public. Our food and bar minimums are relative to closing to the public for your event. FOOD AND BAR *In-house bar service only (no outside beverages allowed) *Outside catering is negotiable, but minimums will still apply RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. NO SMOKING
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
