Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Safety comes first, we are ensuring that our space is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. We are limiting the number of guest during this time due to COVID-19.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

A 4,000 square foot content creation and event center for entrepreneurs, businesses, event planners and more. With large, comfortable and well-equipped photography & videography studios, in addition to designated areas for meetings, training, podcast recordings, and work/collaboration, the venue combines the functionality of a photography studio with the alluring environment of a co-working space. All under one roof, the venue allows entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals alike to collaborate, engage and create together. The venue houses space to conduct private trainings in our conference room, record audio/visual podcast recordings, meet and network in our café areas or facilitate larger group workshops or presentations. Come experience an inclusive and electric environment where ideas are cultivated and plans are executed. For bookings over 8 hours or more, we will discount 10% off the final price. Parking description

We have a shared parking lot. Monday - Friday 9a-5pm we have limited parking due to other businesses functioning. On the weekends and evenings, we have access to all parking spaces!

General Rules

No smoking inside the venue, which includes, vapes, chewing tobacco and etc. No hard liquor is permitted on the premises. Wine and beer are permitted.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
