Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I love this space! I booked this space after spending hours trying to find an affordable, naturally lit venue for a meeting. We didn't want to have to sit in a stuffy windowless room for hours, feeling uninspired and bored. When I found Krystal's place, I immediately fell in love! Everyone had such nice things to say as they arrived for the meeting, and we ended up booking the space for another event the next day! We had a hard out at 6:30, but time slipped by and Krystal showed up to let us know it was almost time. We quickly packed our things and vacated the space all the while Krystal was smiling and so understanding and accommodating! And wouldn't you know, we had worked together in the past! Everything about this experience was absolutely lovely and I encourage anyone thinking about it, to definitely book Krystal's beautiful venue! Thank you again for everything!
