We will have the whole space set for you when you arrive at your booking start time, all you'll need to do is bring food & drink! $10/Guest (minimum $150). EVENT ASSISTANT - Our team of assistants knows our space inside and out and they can help with everything from setup/cleanup, decorating, serving and replenishing food/drink, tidying / bussing, and more! $25/hr (4 hr minimum) SPACE SETUP We can discuss how you'd like your tables and chairs setup, specialty setups are permitted but may incur an additional fee. PARKING Easy open parking on Verdugo Ave., Parish & Orchard streets, or across the street at the Lot by CVS (any open unmarked spot). Guests should enter and exit Venue through the Front Door. 1 Reserved Spot in Back Parking Lot for Host or Catering. RENTAL RATE We reserve the right to quote a custom rate based on the intended usage of the space and seasonal demand. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
