This information is meant to inform you as to the potential/likely costs associated with using our spaces and event services. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Our West Side Loft is has the most incredible afternoon light. It's one of our favorite spaces to host events in and has been designed to feel like you're at home, even in such a massive 2800 square foot space. West Side Loft Pricing: Up to 20 People | $150 Per Hour | $150 Cleaning Fee Up to 30 People | $160 Per Hour | $150 Cleaning Fee Up to 40 People | $175 Per Hour | $200 Cleaning Fee Up to 50 People | $200 Per Hour | $200 Cleaning Fee -All lofts have a 6-hour minimum rental -We require a $1000 refundable damage deposit. -All clients must obtain a COI. -All of our spaces come furnished, but not styled. Please ask about our decor + display -Ask about our on-site catering options! Date Hold & Booking: -Event or shoot dates may be put on hold for up to 48 hours upon request. -Once date(s) have been chosen we will send a formal proposal. If all proposal details are agreeable, a contract and deposit invoice will be presented. -Only a signed contract and paid deposit invoice will guarantee space and service. -Bookings within 30 days will receive a full invoice that will need to be paid upon receipt. -Holidays & holiday weekends priced at premium rate -Pricing is subject to change without notice. The West Side Loft has : -13' high ceiling - Elevator on premise -West facing windows - Open Plan Kitchen, Dinning Room and Lounge area -Recently updated fully functional kitchen - On-site manager - Street and building is very quiet -Non metered street parking available - Air conditioners in main lounge area -Some office tools (pens, makers) Ask us about in house overnight accommodation at the loft. AMENITIES: -Projector (compatible with Mac and PC) -Apple TV -A speaker -Communal table (seats up to 15) -Elevator on premise with separate entrance -Air conditioners in main lounge area and in rooms -Kitchen (with all cooking tools) -Coffee machine -On-site manager during your event
1-After loading in, building door MUST be kept closed at all times. A set of keys will be provided. 2- Please be respectful to the building and its tenants. 3- Do NOT overload the elevator when loading in and out, otherwise it will malfunction. 4- When resetting the space, please do so under the supervision of the space owner or manager. 5- No smoking in the loft or hallway.

We were holding a day after wedding brunch for 20 people and the space was perfect for us. It was bright, clean and well maintained. It allowed us to sit everyone together on one long table and offered ample space in the kitchen area for food prep and service. Management was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend that space.
