A beautifully designed space done in black with pops of red and white, it features a pool table, three mounted 70 inch TV's, flexible seating areas, and formal dining table comfortably seating 10-12. 3 Bistro tables and banquet seating allow for dining for up to 30 seated guests. The lounge is fully private and located on the ground floor of an apartment community with direct access to outdoors. The space is available for rent from 8am to 11pm daily. Amplified music will need to be approved in advance. Events that wish to serve alcohol need to use the services of a licensed bartender or caterer. Max Occupancy: 100 Total Sq Ft: 2280 We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events.
We may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets around the space as you enter and exit. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our supplemental agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My Trendy Lounge Event was perfect and exactly as I imagined. The space was well decorated, adequately equipped, and the staff totally accommodating. Lauren was superb and very responsive to my needs and questions. Thanks also to the wonderful concierge staff (Hussein and the other young lady that worked earlier).

This place is awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful room setup . Many compliments...Only flaw is parking in the area is ridiculous. So make sure to buy parking passes from venue if you can. Lauren was easy to work with.

The space is beautiful and perfect for my graduation party. Lauren is very responsive and helpful throughout this process. The only problem is the parking. Although the parking is extremely close to the venue. It was the only stressful part of this process. I had to leave and sign a slip for every guest the wanted to park. The parking garage only opens if the person is at the front desk. Sometimes he would be gone for periods of time so we had to wait 30-40 minutes before someone could park (this didn’t happen often, but it did happen). If you book the location, just write down all of the parking information and get the parking slips ASAP. So that you’re not going back and forth to help with parking. The only reason I would not book again is because of the parking.

This lounge was perfect for a graduation party! The space is extremely nice, well maintained and flexible. The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions immediately. The booking process was seamless there were no issues. I had over 50 people in the space and it comfortably could have fit 50 more. I will definitely be using this venue again.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and more than eye space. Parking is terrible in the area. We were only able to purchase 10 spaces in the garage for the building which we were given an extra hard time about from the lady at the front desk. She was extremely rude as we were unloading food from the car and threatening to call the police so we can get a $250 ticket for parking out front. When we got inside she continued harassing us. I spoke with her about passes and she told us she needed tag, make & models along with a money order. We asked her to use a pen to write the info down she refused to let us use her pen stating people walk away with her pens so we can’t use it so we had to go find a pen. Once we got that straight it took her 30 mins to issue the passes at this point our guest were arriving. She then told us we could not utilize and handouts spaces in the garage. We had 3 vehicles with a legitimate handicap sticker 1 child who uses a wheelchair, and 2 adults with canes. I explained to her she was violating our ADA RIGHTS she responded by saying those spaces were for residents only. She really rubbed all my guest the wrong way. For the amount of money spent on the room the service was absolutely horrible. I have several events through the year and would love to utilize the space again but I refuse to because of the rude and outrageous attitude of the front desk person.
