A beautifully designed space done in black with pops of red and white, it features a pool table, three mounted 70 inch TV's, flexible seating areas, and formal dining table comfortably seating 10-12. 3 Bistro tables and banquet seating allow for dining for up to 30 seated guests. The lounge is fully private and located on the ground floor of an apartment community. The space is available for rent from 8am to 10pm daily. Amplified music will need to be approved in advance. Events that wish to serve alcohol need to use the services of a licensed bartender or caterer. Please note that the features and furniture of the space are subject to change. Max Occupancy: 75 Total Sq Ft: 2280 We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events.
We may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets around the space as you enter and exit. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Let me just say, this venue is stunning! My Trendy Lounge was perfect for my boyfriend's 30th surprise birthday party. My guests were in complete awe of the venue. Lauren, the concierge, and staff were more than accommodating. More so prior to the event, I was able to complete a walk through. Lauren was great to work with throughout this entire process. She was wonderful and very responsive to my needs and questions. The booking and paperwork was quick and easy. And parking was absolutely no problem with help of the purchasing the parking passes. I would definitely use this space again in the future.

I hosted a surprise party for about 40 people on Christmas Day. Everything about the space was great! Lauren was very responsive and accommodating and the space is exactly how it is pictured. Will definitely book again.

I celebrated my 30th birthday celebration with about 40 people and the place was more than big enough. It can comfortably fit about 50-70 people. The lounge is gorgeous with the colors, also booking was easy and Lauren was very responsive to all my questions and requests. As others reviewers have reiterated, encourage your guests to use Uber or Lyft, but if parking is a must, buy it prior to your event from Lauren. You can’t buy more than 10 parking passes and they cost $15 each, so be selective in who you give it too. It would also be helpful to write down the list of guests who would be parking along with their car make/model and license plate and give it to concierge before your event starts. Also, the building can be strict with your booking time, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, I would book here again. The decor and colors went great with my part decor.

My team loved the space. The pool table was a huge hit. The lounge is clean and spacious. There are some administrative details involved in getting the key and the parking passes, so allow yourself a few extra minutes. But, all in all, the staff at the building were helpful and Lauren was very responsive and easy to work throughout the process.

My Trendy Lounge Event was perfect and exactly as I imagined. The space was well decorated, adequately equipped, and the staff totally accommodating. This place is awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful room setup . Many compliments...Only flaw is parking in the area is ridiculous. So make sure to buy parking passes from venue if you can. Lauren was easy to work with.
