We held our October 2020 microwedding in this space and it was storybook perfect for us. This historic home is absolutely beautiful and in such a charming neighborhood! We booked the space during the early stages of quarantine. The host was able to accommodate us doing a quick walkthrough (while wearing masks) so that we could begin planning. We ended up with around 28 guests. Although there is some furniture available onsite, we used a furniture rental company for tables and chairs. They were able to load and unload in front of the house without any issue. The kitchen has been renovated beautifully and was plenty big enough to handle light prep and warming of food. The bridal suite upstairs seemed small initially, but there were about 8 of us in there with all of our things and we were comfortable. The only restroom is upstairs and I was concerned about older guests traversing the steps but it seemed to work out okay. Overall, our wedding day turned out to be so memorable and unique. Our photographer raved about the venue and had so much fun doing our portraits in the neighborhood. Highly recommend for those looking for a non-traditional venue.
