THE SPACE Light-filled collaborative creative space in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Our 1,000 square feet of indoor space includes a full kitchen, open floor plan, large windows bright white walls and hardwood floors. The space is an ideal film and photography studio, or can be used to host up to 75 guests for standing events and private parties. • Using only the inside, we can accommodate 10-15 seated guests for workshops, offsites, meetings, and small private events. • The outdoor space is private and offers you and your guests indoor and outdoor entertaining areas that can accommodate up to 50-75 pps. Our courtyard and garden area can accommodate ceremonies and seated dinners for up to 75 guests depending on your seating style. AMENITIES • Exclusive use of both indoor and outdoor space – Private dressing rooms for potential bride and groom and bathroom. • Decorative outdoor lighting, including up-lighting around the fence line and in the trees; white twinkle lights throughout the outdoor areas • Catering prep kitchen MISCELLANEOUS • We suggest that you reserve a tent from one of our preferred tent rental companies for the day of your event. We work with Marquee Tents, Premiere Events, and Monarch Event Rentals for tenting needs. All three companies have custom tents for our courtyard space. Oftentimes, the rental of the tent can be shared on weekends with multiple events. Inquire with our management team to get connected with the other clients booked during your event week or weekend. • Parking is limited to the 4 spots on site as well as neighborhood parking • Caterer’s setup, breakdown and cleanup must fall within your time block, or within the time you have purchased. Furniture, flowers, cakes, decorations, etc., should be delivered within this period.
Doors are locked at 10pm every night. - No loud music - No smoking indoors - No glitter, smoke bombs, oil, or dirtying/smudging the walls in any way. - If serving alcohol you must use a TABC certified bartender - All rentals should include setup and teardown time - You may bring in your own food and beverages or work with an approved caterer. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - Understand you are fully responsible for any damages to our studio, walls, equipment, or props/furniture. You are also fully responsible for your safety and that of your clients/guests. - Guests are welcome to move tables and chairs for workshops, but please return everything to its rightful place at the end. Other furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash and recycling should be placed in the designated bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space using our key pad lock.

We were unable to use the space for our event. Our event was not suitable for the outdoors what with a pregnant young woman and the hi temperatures. The inside was just too small as well. We had to find other accommodations. I don't fell as if it would be appropriate for me to rate the space but I am unable to submit without completing the survey.
