Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Prior to (and following) every booking, each studio is swept, vacuumed, and mopped. High touch services are disinfected and sanitized. Even difficult to clean surfaces like c-stands, sand bags, extension cords, handles, and electronics are all sanitized with a professional grade UV light wand. We spend an average of 90-120 minutes before each booking cleaning to ensure every client of ours has a safe, clean, and professional environment to create.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This studio is a spacious 1600 sqft with exposed white brick, sky lights, MUA/Glam area, private restroom, 4x6 mirrors line the NW wall, an open floor plan ideal for set build-outs, and Air-Conditioning/Heat. *This studio is often rented out as an Add-on for styling / overflow with one of our other listings for 50% off! The following grip equipment is available for use with each rental at no additional charge: • Four 40” C-Stands (Complete) • Two Full Apple Boxes • Camera Cart • Six 25' 12 Gauge Extension Cords • Two #2 A-Clamps • Jiffy Steamer • Wardrobe Rack • 6’ Folding Table Let us know if we can help with anything else! All additional rental(s) are billed per item, and all requests are subject to availability. Thank you! If you wish to hold a date, rather than book immediately, we honor holds for up to 72 hours. *Equipment & Wall-Flats in photographs are not included with studio rental. Ask about availability! Parking description

Parking is best on our cross street, 14th St; there are no time restrictions or meters on this street. Entrance at the black gate on the corner of McGarry and 14th St. Please, do not park in front of the garages/gates marked, "No Parking.” Parking on McGarry is restricted after 6pm and red on the opposite side of the street. Secured Parking/Load In: Black gate on the corner of 14th & McGarry We have two spaces behind a locked gate available. We keep it locked once you’re parked, so just let us know when you’d like to leave and we’ll open up! If these spaces need to be reserved for production or talent, please reach out to reserve them ahead of time because they are generally "first come first serve."

We have two sky lights in this studio; both can be covered or left open prior to your booking.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

This is our most controlled space. Because, of its location in the building, this studio does not get the noise pollution from the streets like our other studios. We have a neighbor with two dogs; please, do not disturb them if they bark - they settle in less than 5 minutes and only continue if our neighbor's door is approached. We do the best we can to limit noise pollution, but please remember this is not a sound stage. Many of our clients, who have rolled sound in this location without, have expressed few complaints. Our aim is to provide controlled, affordable location, but we understand and apologize for the limitations.

Electrical system description

On the same wall of the entrance, you'll find three outlet boxes - each are on individual 20 AMP breakers. There are outlets along the white wall, opposite the brick wall, but these are all on the same 20 AMP breaker. Total dedicated power in this studio: 80 AMPs.

General Rules

The client who booked the space is responsible any damages that may occur. Glitter Fee: $200 (minimum) Please, speak with your stylists and request that they do not bring garments covered in glitter if you wish to avoid this fee. Thank you! Whenever we can we like to offer a 15 minute grace period to clients for the wrap of their bookings, but after that grace we must bill for an additional hour. *Note: Please, no Event inquiries. Thank you!*

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Please, return any and all moved pieces to the original location. Please, ask for assistance if you are unsure!

Security cameras and recording devices

Security camera are only placed outside of this studio, monitoring the hallway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
