Our event space/dance rehearsal studio is 42x20 (840 sq feet) with sprung floors and mirrors. Here's a list of amenities we offer as well, all are complimentary unless noted: Actor's Equity Association approved for both auditions (EPAs and ECCs) and rehearsals Pianos in every room High-speed Wi-Fi throughout premises Freight Elevator available for use Storage available including safe for valuables Tables and chairs Music Stands TV Monitor available DVD player available iPod/iPhone compatible speakers in every room Computer and printer available Refrigerator and microwave access Water and tea available Snacks available for purchase High-end camcorders available with tripod, lapel mics, blue wall, and more for self tapes and on-camera auditions for a fee While our spaces are ideal for rehearsals, auditions, casting calls, and performing arts classes, they are also available for meetings, lectures, conferences, and studio showings. Please let us know if there will be alcohol at your party or event. Storage space is available for long term rehearsal schedules. We have the following items that are available for additional, custom pricing. Please inquire if interested: Tripod - $5/ph Camera - $10/ph Mics - $10/ph Lighting - $30 flat fee per day Tablecloth - $10 flat fee per day **You MUST inform us beforehand if you are planning to serve alcohol at your event. We charge a $75 service fee to serve wine, beer, or liquor.
All renters must contact me through Peerspace. Please do not attempt to contact me privately. We do not have a cleaning staff, so please be sure to take all trash with you when you leave.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I booked this venue for a small networking event, of about 30 people. This venue was a nice size and provided me with the needed tables and chairs. Although this venue worked out well for my event, there were a couple of things I wish I was informed of prior to my event: 1.) There is a code needed to gain entry versus the door already being unlocked. I was not aware of this and in turn I was not able to notify my guest, prior to my event. This confused alot of my guests and it was very inconvenient. 2.) The wifi name and code provided to me was incorrect. If it wasn't for the receptionist outside of the room in the small lobby area, I wouldn't have had wifi access for my event - which was crucial. 3.) The floor was not swept prior to my event. I noticed this when packing up my step and repeat banner, and saw that there was dust and dirt on the banner and surrounding fabric. Other than these few things, I was happy with the venue size and the assistance of the receptionist. The receptionist was really nice !!! 😊 Overall, I would book this venue again and I would recommend others to book it as well - as long as it is a small event.
