Do you need a conference table big enough to fit everyone, in a space filled with art and natural light? Our space is located in a classic Austin bungalow in the heart of funky East Cesar Chavez, right across the street from the famous La Barbeque, with plenty of bars, Mexican restaurants and food trucks nearby. The conference room was originally the living room of the small bungalow 23' x 12', and we've outfitted it with a giant 15-foot-long conference table. We've had at least 15 people seated comfortably, and there are chairs for more on the side. There's wifi and a white board. And there's a small breakout room on the side with a comfortable sofa that's perfect for small groups -- or just relaxing after the meeting. There's plenty of outdoor space, too. A small kitchen is attached, with a mini-refrigerator and microwave for your snacks. (No ice maker -- sorry! And dishes also aren't provided.) There are a few parking spaces in the back, and on-street parking is usually plentiful. We're perfect for all types of meetings: Board Meeting, Boardroom Brainstorm, Conference Room, Corporate Meeting, Creative Meeting, Discussion Group, Meeting Off-Site, Planning Session, Sales Meeting, Team Meeting We're also great for Training, Retreats, and Team Building
At least 48 hours advance notice required to book. Smoking outside only. Furniture moved only by host on request. Trash and recycling bins provided. Rental times include setup and teardown. Please plan accordingly.
Melynda was easy to work with and available when needed. The space was fun, casual and creative. We utilized the screen provided and brought a projector. We had about 20 people meeting and it was cozy but no one felt cramped. It was the perfect venue for our meeting.
Hi ya, Ok I collected feedback from all the team and here are some suggestions to improve the facilities. 1) Have 1 whitewall for projection, or a larger screen that can hang down. The current screen is way too small for a room that long. 2) Need a cork board for pinning items for design sessions 3) A clean wall that can be used for sticky notes for interactive design sessions 4) Extension cords / power strips 5) Paper plates 6) A built in projector 7) Directions for parking
