Conference Room at the Sunflower House

Come shoot in our lovely, light-filled space! But before you book, I do have one caution. The main space is fairly long and narrow: 23' x 12'. There's also a smaller room, 11' x 12'. Run these dimensions by your crew before you book. The space is not ideal for some kinds of shots. But if the room is right for you, I'd love to have you. Do you need a conference table big enough to fit everyone in a space filled with art and natural light? Our space is located in a classic Austin bungalow in the heart of funky East Cesar Chavez, right across the street from the famous La Barbeque, with plenty of bars, Mexican restaurants and food trucks nearby. The conference room was originally the living room of the small bungalow 23' x 12', and we've outfitted it with a giant 15-foot-long conference table. We've had 15 people seated comfortably, and there are chairs for more on the side. There's wifi and a white board. And there's a small breakout room on the side with a comfortable sofa that's perfect for small groups -- or just relaxing after the meeting. There's plenty of outdoor space, too. A small kitchen is attached, with mini-refrigerator and microwave for your snacks. (No ice maker -- sorry! And though you're welcome to use any glasses or paper plates you find, don't count on a full set of dishes.) There's no parking on Cesar Chavez, but parking on the side streets is usually plentiful. There are a few compact-car parking spaces in the back off the alley, and you can fit up to 3 large cars in the driveway. If you're loading equipment, the driveway is definitely the place to be.
