Our on-site manager will coordinate with you to ensure all needs are met for a successful off-site booking. Here are some general policies to keep in mind: * All rentals include set-up and load-out time. If your booking runs over time, you will be charged time and a half per Peerspace policy. * Children must be accompanied by an adult in at least a 1 adult to 8 children ratio. * No loud music after 11pm. Kindly note if your party/event got shut down by law enforcement, you are responsible for the whole booking cost, and be responsible for any cost pertain to tickets being issued to us due to any violation caused by any member of yours during the booking. * This is a smoking & drug-free zone. No smoking will be permitted on the premises. * Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original setting prior to end of booking. Please inquire for permission first. * Trash should be placed in the bins & the host will take care of the rest. * Additional cost of 10-20% for booking request on weekend with a minimum of 4 hours is required. * Additional cleaning fees may applied based on types of booking. * Proof of liability insurance with us added as insured is required, and must be received 3 business day prior to booking day. * Additional security may be required depends on booking type and size of your group. * Additional rules with agreement may be establish further base on booking type and need. This space worked fine for our 2 person meeting. Nina was very responsive throughout the booking process, and accommodated my group when they had to add on another hour.
