No smoking. No pets. If you use glasses or plates, please rinse them and put them in the dishwasher or sink. Please don't drink red wine on the white couch. If you move furniture, please put it back. Please only use the space on the main floor; the upstairs is private space.
Suzi was a spectacular host. When I first reached out inquiring about the space, she was traveling internationally but that didn't stop her from responding to my questions very quickly and arranging a walk through. She made everything very easy and was very flexible. The space is exactly as shown in the photos and was a great fit for my team of 12 to have a 3 day offsite. We used the living room area for the meeting and used the office down the hall as a place to take calls or video conferences from. The kitchen provided enough space to set up breakfast, lunch and dinner platters as well as beverages. There is a loading zone directly in front of the building which the caterers used to unload and also was handy for Lyft drop offs and pick ups. I definitely will not hesitate to contact Suzi again to rent this space out for another meeting.
