All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Wow Studios is Miami's newest professional production facility. The complex offers an extra tall 28.33' cyclorama wall, makeup room with two makeup stations, changing room, private bathroom with shower, full kitchen, two sitting areas and two work stations available you guests. Please ask about our rental equipment packages as well. Please check availability prior to arrival.

Electrical system description
There are 16 outlets in the shooting area running under 5 different circuits. There are 8 more circuits in the dressing room running on 2 different circuits. Plenty more upstairs. Please see Electrical floor plan.

General Rules
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
If bringing pets is a must a small refundable pet deposit is required.
A $100 cleanup fee is required unless the studio is rented for a full day in which case the fee is included.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Only for productions with over 15 people. The Peerspace insurance offered is good for under 15 people.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes, but insurance is required.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

An excellent experience overall. We produced a corporate video and the space of the cyclorama allowed us to do the shots we needed. Also, Antonio was very comprehensive letting us use the rest of the space to get lunch and he also prepared some coffee for our team. We've been glad to book this studio and we will do it next time for sure.
