Inside the space was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive with questions and concerns leading up to the event. The outside of the space was surrounded by construction and was unkept, not as shown in pictures. The host advised This was out of their control and made accommodations in order for our event to continue and run as planned. Great space to utilize for a graduation party there was an ease when working with outside vendors that needed access to the space, would definitely book again.

We were extremely pleased with the space. Krystin was available, accommodating and helpful throughout. The space was roomy and once the lights were dimmed it had a more intimate large living room vibe. I would definitely book the space again. A very positive experience.

This space was perfect for our gathering. Kyrstin and Maya were incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend. There was a bit of construction in front of the building which was a tad bit inconvenient but that is not something they could control so I still give the space a 5/5

This event space was perfect for my birthday celebration. Thanks to Krystin for making it one to remember. From day one, she was prompt in responding to my requests and when I went in person to see the space she answered all of my questions regarding the use of the space, moving furniture, time to set up and clean up, vendors, etc. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a place to host an event for up to 50/60 people. The space is nice without decorating, but since it was a special celebration we did decorate the space. If you decide to decorate please make sure you consider adding extra time when you rent the space because it does take time even if you plan it out. I had visited the space several times before my party, so I knew where everything was going for the most part and it turned out very nice, but it did take time to get everything in place. If you have food catered or items delivered please make sure you consider the time for setup and/or delivery. Fortunately, I did not have an issue with it, but since it was an event taking place at night I had to make sure that my cake and balloons could be delivered around 7 pm because some companies may not deliver after a certain time on Saturdays. Also, I had to make sure the musician and photobook/uplighting person had enough time to setup up before the event, too. Keep in touch with Krystin because there may be an event before your event, so make sure you are aware of any other events when coordinating delivery or setup times with your vendors. Be mindful of those things when planning your event. The only downside was the construction outside of the building. The parking lot in front of the building was under construction, so it made it hard for my guests to find the entry door. However, anyone considering this space for an event will likely not have to worry about the construction because I am sure it is almost completed, if not completed by my writing of this review. Even with the construction my party turned out just fine. Krystin helped me navigate through the whole process and because of her assistance I had an amazing birthday celebration that I will always remember. My guests even commented on how beautiful everything looked and that they will always remember my birthday celebration. I could not ask for anything more. Thanks Krystin.
