All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Commercial building in Business Park with free parking. The space accommodates 8 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 12 people when using extra folding chairs. Please know that this room doesn't have screen for presentation. Public entrance - One long table with 8 chairs - Two doors hanging white board panels (not shown in the photos) with dry erase markers and eraser - LED lighting - Air conditioner Please let me know in advance if you need anything specific so I can be sure to have it on site prior to your arrival. Free parking in front of the building, Do not leave valuables in your car. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate time and cleaning. - $80/hour for Weekday rental. $160/hour for Weekends and Holidays rate - $80/hour for Presentation package rental. Including: one TV, one Rack, one laptop with remote control and wire. - $30 Cleaning fee on each day of using space. - Minimum 2 hours per day - The space is available for rent from 10am to 10pm daily. General Rules
Our listing's hourly rate applies to our regular business hours. Depending on your inquiry, you may be charged at one of the rates below:
• Weekday rate: $80/hour
• Weekend and holiday rate: $120/hour
• Minimum 2 hours per day
• Cleaning fee $30 each day
• No loud music before 6pm on week days
• No smoking
• All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing
• Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request
• Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest
• Do not responsible for personal belongings loss.
• If stays beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, 150% of hourly rate will be charged for overtime at time-and-a-half.
• No pets
• Minimum 2 hours in one day
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

No, I would not book again.
It was fine. It wasn't the space in the picture but I asked for a discounted price and only had 4 people so presumably our host thought it would be okay (would have been nice for her to mention beforehand). The space is definitely run down and I would not have brought a client there but internal meeting it was fine. Temperature was cold in the morning but fine in the afternoon for those who care. Host was friendly.
