About the Space
Exposed brick hallway and colorfully decorated with art from around the world, this second floor walkup is perfect for filming an authentic NYC scene. Master bedroom has great natural light and the kitchen features a window with a beautiful chestnut tree and lots of birds, for a natural look. All rooms have in-window AC units and ceiling fans. Conveniently located two blocks from Central Park and surrounded by restaurants for crew meals. The apartment also offers access to a deli/grocery store, wine store and pizza restaurant for filming. There is free parking on the streets in the neighborhood.

Jackie responded quickly, allowing for decisions to be made promptly by production. She is an incredible host, friendly and courteous. Willing to help the crew/shoot in any way possible! We were a small crew of 8 shooting multiple recre scenes in the living room, kitchen, doorway, and bedroom.

Jackie's place was great, she was really accomodating and friendly. I shoot a short movie and I got great footage. I recommend the place for anyone who's looking for a location that discerns from New York's modern taste.
