Parking description

If you are not using the back outdoor space, our guests are welcome to park in the rear of the building. At least two cars can pull into the back area. This area is great for loading and unloading privately into the back of the gym. Please note: This area is a gravel area. Otherwise: Street parking is available. Most often you can pull right in the front of the gym on 18th street or conveniently find available parking on Lawrence St NE.

Lighting description

Best seen in pictures and videos. Best light between 11-3pm. Windows can be covered if you provide covers that would not cause damage to the window or paint.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

High ceilings. Street noises, ie buses and trucks passing on 18th St NE. No noises from appliances.

You can pull into the back area to load any equiptment or props. Loading is steps away from the back door.

General Rules

1. Outside food or drink will be allowed in the rooms with prior permission. 2. The individual reserving the room will be responsible for the group’s orderly conduct. 3. No candles, open flame or incense may be used during use of the room. 4. Setup and cleanup of the space, including returning of equipment to the original locations, is the responsibility of the reserving party. 5. Open aisles must be maintained to provide clear access to all exits at all times. 6. Unless prior arrangements are made, use of our space does not include the fitness equipment. 6. Nothing can be displayed or affixed to walls. All display materials must have prior approval. Display materials may not interfere with our normal space. 8. We permit groups to store their property in our building only 1 day prior to the event. 9. No group may consider our space its permanent meeting place nor may any group use our mailing address. 10. We reserve the right to enforce fire codes, noise limitations, and the venue rules. Groups are responsible for ensuring that attendance at their event does not exceed capacity. 11. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation up to 24hrs before the event for failure to follow our policy or rules, to preserve a safe environment, or for any emergency that may arise. 12. Failure to abide by these rules and our building rules, may result in fees and loss of the privilege to reserve our event space.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Anything on the ground or floors can be moved. *Mirrors and Bolted Bars in the front room cannot be removed.

No smoke machines allowed
