We Accommodate: Film & TV Production Photography Art Exhibitions Live Music Events Theatre Performances Cinema Presentations Music Recording Building Specs: 1 story building including large overhead garage door Ceiling Height: 12ft Building Dimensions: 25ft x 100ft Electrical: 3 Phase Electricity with 200 amps. Front Room: White Back Room: Black Rental Pricing: Discounts Available for Multiple Day Bookings and Student Films. Both Rooms: $300/hr, 5 hour rental minimum. (Spring Discount Price $150/hr.)
