About the Space
Our 1915 Craftsman home in East Austin was updated to maintain the charm and original details but modernized with a huge chefs kitchen, sun drenched living/dining area and gorgeous master suite. Over 2200 square feet the downstairs boasts a center island stove, renovated claw foot tub bath, two bedrooms and a large living and dinning area. The foyer has original shiplap ceilings. Upstairs you'll find a master suite with a claw foot tub and gorgeous open bedroom. The deck off the back and roses lining the front porch allow for outdoor shoots as well. The backyard provides ample parking and staging area for shoots along with a large deck. Close to Cesar Chavez and downtown Austin it's an amazing location to host your next event or commercial shoot. *please note the House was staged for a shoot which brought in furniture for the living and dining room. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
