The space was great - and was even bigger than expected. Had some miscommunication with owner in terms of time in the space which lead to a disappointing time on set, but the space itself is very nice. If booking this space, be aware that cleaning services might be moving around while you are filming. Any production looking for private space should ask for clarification on cleaning times to avoid any issues as this space is also booked by AirBnb guests. Would book again if we could avoid cleaning issue.
Gorgeous apartment! We had about 25+ guests and were worried about the space being too tight, but it was actually very spacious. Host was very responsive and helpful with things we needed. Would recommend.
This location is quite spacious and accommodating. Very clean, contemporary look that is suitable for a variety of events. We used it for a photo/video shoot and appreciated the design that includes brick and neutral color walls. It also has a small balcony. It's very close to the subway! The biggest drawback is that there is no elevator. So it is difficult to haul equipment up to the third floor. Overall, it's a great space and would recommend to others.
