-All event must be Smoking free and Drug free, Strictly ONSITE HOST --Venue Host might be present during the booking hours to respond to the guests needs and deal with emergency , unless the party guest request to use the venue exclusively for the booked duration. RESTRICTIONS: --No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. --No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. --No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. --No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INDOOR RESTRICTIONS --Wipe feet dry after pool use --Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request POOL USE RESTRICTIONS --No glassware within the pool area --Bring your own towels --All minors are under direct supervision of the Guest. Host is not responsible for any pool, jacuzzi guests being monitored. GUEST CLEANUP --All Trash should be placed in bags or in the bins SETUP + BREAKDOWN TIME --In need of extra setup and decoration removal time, please consult before the party starts, otherwise extra charge may apply.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place was beautiful, peaceful, and gave off a great vibe. It was the most perfect place to host my mother's 60th birthday party. The property itself was the talk of the party with it's breath taking views and resort like feel. Catherine had great, fast ,and reliable communication throughout the planning of the party.She was very accommodating when it came to certain request. I most definitely would purchase venue again for another family get together.

This venue was perfect for my wedding and reception. The views were exceptional! All my guests say our photos look like postcards or even photoshopped. The host was in constant communication for any possible changes and provided ample parking spaces for all our guests. She was very welcoming and my guests were thinking of reasons to have a party, just so they can use this venue for themselves.
Catherine really made this day magical for us. We hosted a wedding reception in her backyard and had a close group of family and friends attend. She did everything in her power to accommodate all our requests and really went above and beyond. I am so happy we were able to host our reception at her house.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Catherine’s property! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and the gazebo made a great place to have dinner as the sun was setting. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and Catherine was extremely accommodating! I highly recommend this beautiful home!
Catherine's property is truly magnificent! It's even better than the pictures. From the start Catherine was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had and she made it a very smooth and easy process. We had a small corporate summer party and it was the perfect spot for us. Everyone was really impressed with the property. We would definitely come back again! Thank you, Catherine!
The house and grounds were perfect for my event. We had 35 guests and there was enough space for everyone whether you they wanted to sit somewhere quiet, jump in the pool or play basket ball. Everything was clean and ready upon my arrival. There was only a minor hiccup with the spa jets and the WiFi really wasn't strong enough for all 35 people, but we made it work. I would certainly book the house again for another event.
This is truly a great property for a small event! The hosts were nice a responsive. There was a bit of a mishap with water, but the hosts and Peerspace did a great job at working the situation out.
