Hi, we are located in the heart of SoHo. We have studio space in our production studios that is available for rental use. It is an open film/photography space with a sound curtain and blank wall on one side and a working studio kitchen set and prep kitchen on the other side. It has 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, extra counter space and is fully stocked with cookware and appliances. The shooting space is 750 SF and gets tons of natural light. The space comes with 8 Apple boxes and 5 C-Stands for your use. There is beautiful molding on the wall that is easily removable for your shoot, or keep it for a homier set. We also have hard wood flooring that can be used or removed depending on what look you want. You'll see it stacked up in the photos and we can completely remove it if you don't want to use it at all. We have a kitchen set that is fully styled, but the basic structure is white so can go with any color scheme. The island is on wheels so can be removed from the shot or pushed all the way to the side to create space in the room where you want it. We have a sound curtain that splits the room if you want to have 2 shoots going on simultaneously or you want to use the black curtain as a basic back drop. Our space is ideal for E-commerce, table top shoots, lookbook shoots, still life photography, and video shoots for either products or for a food demo/food styling. Our offices are one flight down so we are on site to help you with anything. In the photos I've included the space in use. That propping and decor is not available when renting the space but it's just to give you an idea of what can be done in that studio. Additionally the space is great for brainstorms. We use them for Design Sprints all the time.
