This large beach block home has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a finished basement. Pretty back and front yards with gardens. Beautiful pool. Tastefully and simply furnished, can be dressed up or down easily for production. It's great for any sort of production that needs this type of layout - it's on a beach block. The location is clean on arrival, a list of rules for health & safety is provided for the owners and crew. Crew is expected to supply masks, cleaning supplies, keep distances, take temperatures on arrival and get tested prior.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
