The most unique and exclusive beach house experience from this charming home with mesmerizing ocean views. There is a massive open living area with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and a large balcony for entertaining. The space is perfect for corporate retreats, off sites, parties, and events. If you need a larger space, we also have access to the neighboring property and can have over 3500 sq feet of space and four bathrooms available directly on the ocean. The sights and sounds of the ocean crashing directly below you is overwhelming. Your group will likely see a pod of dolphins or a seal while your group enjoys oceanfront living, lounging, and dining. There is parking for dozens of cars across the street and the entire property is available for your enjoyment.
No Smoking A refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be assessed to you reservation and returned after the property has been inspected. Client agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions stated below, which are an essential part of this Agreement; Client acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and is familiar with all Terms and Conditions. Client understands that as Manager, host is acting on behalf of the Unit Owner as a facilitator to provide accommodation services only. Client acknowledges that he/she and his/her clients will not be staying at a hotel, but at a private residence with no staff and that any problem that may arise at the Unit that is not reported timely (during regular office hours on business days between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) may not be addressed until the following business day, unless it is an emergency. Client entering this Agreement represents himself/herself as agent for all parties occupying the Unit during the period of occupancy by Client. Client signing this Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and will be responsible for all other persons occupying the Unit and/or any other person(s) from time to time present in the Unit, for compliance with this Agreement, listed policies, ordinances, rules and regulations, and for any losses incurred by Owner and/or Manager or to the Unit due to the activities of any such persons, whether intentional, negligent, or otherwise. AGREEMENT: The Owner and/or Manager, and Client agree as follows: Client is an adult of at least 25 years of age, and will be an occupant of the Unit during the entire reserved period specified in the Reservation Summary above. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible children, as listed in the Client Information above. Children must be supervised by at least one responsible adult at all times. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to vacate the Unit immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult. Client agrees not to sublet or assign any portion of the premises. SMOKING: Smoking inside any of our units is strictly prohibited. Smoking within 25 feet of multi-unit dwellings is strictly prohibited by California law. Our non-smoking policy includes all common areas, patios and balconies. Tenant risks forfeiting their security deposit in addition to any associated cleaning costs. A minimum charge of $250 will apply per reported incident. FILMING: The filming of any still or motion pictures in any format that requires more than 2 persons and/or any specialized gear, apparatus or crew is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained. Failure to obtain written authorization may result in full deposit forfeiture. PETS: No pets are allowed without prior consent and written approval. If Tenant brings a pet, Tenant risks forfeiting part or all of the security deposit. Pets are allowed only with prior consent and written approval. An additional pet deposit within the security deposit may be required. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is in addition to the rental amount. The amount returned is also conditional upon all terms of this agreement being met (examples include but are not limited to: violations of our non smoking policy, violations of our no party policy). Tenant is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear and will be taken from their deposit. CHECK IN: Unless agreed differently by the Manager in writing, check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Manager will send Tenant the instructions for a self check-in in advance, or keys or and entry-code will be provided at property location upon check-in. Keys will not be issued with a balance owing or without a signed rental agreement in the owners, or owner's representatives, possession. Once Tenant has checked into the unit or he/she has been granted access, Tenant accepts the condition, size and configuration of the Rental Premises in as/is where/is condition and accepts full financial responsibility per this agreement. CLEANING: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee you have paid will cover this. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour WALKWAYS AND BALCONIES (SELECTED UNITS): The undersigned is fully aware that these can be dangerous, that the walkways/balcony and areas around can be slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is not careful. Clients should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the walkways/balcony. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from, provided however, that Owner(s)/Manager(s) shall remain liable for such damages to the extent that such damages are determined to be the direct result of Owner(s)/Manager(s) negligence. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND: If found, any items left behind will be mailed back upon request via USPS. The cost of shipping, shipping container and any packing materials will be deducted from the security deposit along with a handling fee. TENANT AS SUBJECT OF THE LAW: Tenant acknowledges that during the length of the rental period, Tenant and his/her guests is/are subject to all State and Federal laws, County Ordinances and City regulations valid within the jurisdiction where the Unit is located. Owner(s) and/or Manager(s) are neither responsible to inform Tenant of what these laws, ordinances and city regulations are, nor could Owner(s) and/or Manager be held liable should Tenant(s) and/or Tenant's guests commit a crime, misdemeanor, felony or infraction (including parking infractions).
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
