Beautiful views of the city from 2 floors and 2 decks and plenty of free parking, just a couple miles from the State Capitol.
The house is not to be used for loud bachelor or bachelorette style parties. Bridal and baby showers are welcome as are dinner parties, pre-wedding functions, business functions, offsites, film productions, magazine shoots, and other creative uses - as long as the hosts are respectful of the space and considerate of the neighbors. A basic cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in a similar condition as they found it in. It is understood that there may not always be time (or desire) to clean up after a dinner party for example, and a extensive clean can be arrange at the hosts expense including the time it will take to complete the cleaning. Guests must remove any supplies, rental equipment etc. and consideration for the time it will take to tear them down should be factored into the amount of time required for the event. Nothing should be fastened to the walls unless preapproved by the host. Damages to the home or property will be billed to the host of the event. There is no smoking allowed in the venue. There are ashtrays on all the decks and patios. No confetti, glitter, or other damaging decorations are allowed - please. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Availability: Although the listing states that all ages are welcome, all events will be considered on a case by case basis and in the case that the event is for a minor, an adult will be requested as a secondary Point of Contact.
I cant say enough kind words about how wonderful our experience was! We had a small staff holiday party and everything was fantastic. Mary checked in about what amenities we needed, what servingware we needed, brought over xtra chairs, and made sure everything was just perfect for our event. The place, furnishings, and decor are just spectacular and we had a fantastic time. Our stay was luxurious. I highly recommend this hidden gem!
Mary's space is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. She is a wonderful host. We had everything necessary for our knowledge sharing and brainstorming sessions. A group of 14 people fit very comfortably downstairs. The only thing we regret is not renting the space for a longer period of time and hosting a cocktail hour there after our sessions. thank you very much!!!
