This 2500 sq ft ocean view retreat home situated with 7,500 sq ft of backyard and patio/deck is the perfect place for having your next off-site and a space to relax by the ocean and strategize a new plan or business plan. We are only 80 steps from coastal trail and Elmer beach which has the most beautiful white sand for your meeting. If you enjoy nature, then this place is the place for you, enjoy views of the famous Mavericks Surf spot. A magical place that overlooks the Pacific Ocean from the huge deck. This home is also close to a bird sanctuary and has a bounty of birds flying by including herons, hawks, hummingbirds and ospreys. There are lots of lounging space with a large wrap around outside couch, several outside dining tables, rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, deep fire pit with seating area, grill, and hammock. Organize a team building workshop and build a sandcastle together. Half Moon Bay is a coastal community only 30 min south of San Francisco and rests on the Pacific Ocean between forested hills and some of the most beautiful coastlines that California has to offer. It has a historic downtown with world class restaurants, art galleries, beaches, golf and so much more. It is the perfect place to have a meeting near to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook with lots of seating in dining room and kitchen area. We have had events that had over 70 people. We have a large living room area with a two large sectional couches, other seating that can comfortably fit 40 people with a large screen. . For breakout space we offer a large deck and a outside patio area. The deck has a large wrap around couch that can also fit 15 people and the outside patio has three large tables. We have a very Open-plan interior for group discussions/lectures. When the outside deck area is included, the house easily holds over 70. We also have a full-sized fridge, ice bucket and picnic basket to hold drinks and food. We can provide beach towels and folding back-jacks for sitting on the beach as well. We provide three parking spaces in our driveway and there is lots of parking on the street. We will also provide paper products, soap, towels, and basics for the kitchen such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. We will also have easel and writing pad and markers available for brainstorming sessions. We have a large smart TV that has Amazon Fire so access to Netflix, HBO and other networks. We can assist with set up, provide extra chairs, and assist you in finding a caterer or delivery from one of the many local restaurants, or food truck. You are free to bring food and drink and cook in the kitchen. We look forward to working with you!
No smoking in home. Please take off shoes before you come into home. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We hosted a 40 person family get-together at Evelyn's house and it was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, Evelyn was such a hands-on and caring host - a few days before the event we went to see her house and she told us all about the arrangements she would make. She did all these little things for us before and on the day of the event that truly made it very nice. She organized flowers, cutlery, provided a tent and games for the kids to play. She helped us organize everything before the event which made it extremely smooth. About the place - it was really very homely with a gorgeous view. Our family gave us great feedback about the location. The views, patio, kitchen, living room - everything was so perfect. We would highly recommend this place for events to anyone :)

What can I say? Eva and her home were absolutely marvelous! The home was was in a picturesque location with gorgeous views and plenty of room for our group and all of our materials. Eva herself was such a joy to work with from beginning to end. She was always responsive, answering all of my endless questions and frequently making suggestions that saved me so much time and effort. Not only did she help me set up our catering for the day (which was phenomenal) she made sure we were set up all day with plenty of drinks, snacks, pens even music! She was an amazing host and we would love to come back again!

This place is fantastic! Beautiful home steps away from the beach, various areas of the house, inside and out, for collaboration/breakouts, large back patio for relaxing. Eve is absolutely a wonderful, 5-star host! I had a team offsite for 36 people and Eve worked closely with me on everything to make sure my team was taken care of, from furniture setup, to team building ideas, to even catering. She was very responsive from day 1, the space was exactly as shown in the post, AND she cooked a fantastic dinner for my team, and was below any F&B quote at the local restaurants, even modified the menu for the MANY food allergies/preferences my team had. Most importantly, I couldn’t be onsite to manage the offsite, but Eve Was on hand, day of, to assist. They raved about her, said she was delightful and helpful and would definitely go back! I would book here again and definitely work with Eve again!

I rented Evelyn’s house for my wife’s birthday party recently. And I have to say 5 stars are not enough to rate the experience. I need 10 stars!! The house: Located in a nice location in HMB, you can see beautiful views from the backyard where you’d mostly spend your time partying. Lot of space in the backyard and living room to easily accommodate up to 50+ people! Backyard has plenty of sitting arrangement with a lot of tables and also fireplace and fire pit If needed. Kitchen, dining and living area is spacious and functional. The house is overall beautiful and suited perfectly for parties. The host: Evelyn alone deserves 5 stars for her unbelievable hospitality! Throughout the transition, she has been nothing but friendly, kind, accommodating and very very very helpful. She went out of her way to arrange balloon and flowers for my wife of her favorite colors. She also offered help with catering, activities, etc. She is the best ever host ever! If you are looking for a great place to party with good views, plenty of space and friendliest host, this is the place! Thank you Evelyn for hosting us!
