Minimalist Art Gallery and Outdoor Venue facing Highway (29 Palms Hwy/CA-62)

Flexible, multi-use space can accommodate medium-sized art installations, site-specific performances, social events, retail pop-ups, workshops, lectures, and more. One large room is divided into smaller areas by wooden beams; a smaller room works well for more intimate events like workshops. Two huge storefront windows let in lots of light and give way to a beautiful desert view with lots of Joshua trees. Located right on CA-62 as you enter Yucca Valley and approach Pioneertown or Joshua Tree, we are perfect for any events wanting to appeal to drop-ins or passersby. Easy to find for guests. Our space has painted concrete floors, textured white walls, and track lighting. All furniture and decor can be removed for events. We have one bathroom with a shower. Small patio area in back for smokers. For seated events, approx. 45 fit comfortably; 60 standing. The parking lot and back patio are also able to accommodate additional guests, and bands/performers. Plenty of parking on-site and nearby.
