About the Space

Our newly renovated 6,500 sq ft Pasadena office offers a spacious & convenient indoor/outdoor location available for TV series shoots, filmed interviews, web series shoots, commercials & small productions. Appropriate for production with cast/crew group up to 20. Conveniently located blocks away from South Pasadena and Old Town & Art Center. Easily accessible from the 110 & 210 freeways. Specs & Amenities: • 1 Conference Room [300 sq ft] • Full, modern kitchen [250 sq ft] with large dining/meeting table • Private Outdoor Patio [1,500 sq ft] • 1 restroom + shower [handicap accessible] • WiFi + AV • Parking: reserved spaces available in our private lot • On-site manager present to answer any questions throughout booking. Conference room, kitchen & outdoor patio are located next to each other, with a connecting door which can be opened for a larger, connected space. If you're looking for additional space to shoot, we have a secondary office upstairs with an additional conference room, private offices, reception floor & kitchenette. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hello, I’m very interested in your beautiful space. Is it available on the 17th? Is it relatively easy to access by public transportation? I live in NorCal but my son lived in Pasadena. Thank you!
Yes, I would book again.

Thank you, Nina! You were incredibly responsive and the space worked out perfectly as the site for my son’s celebration of life. I really loved having the patio space for chairs while the food was displayed in the kitchen. Parking was ample. I’d recommend this spot to others!

Nina was very responsive and helpful. The space worked very well for our baby shower and we had a wonderful time! It was a good mixture of indoor and outdoor spacing, and having the kitchenette available to us was very convenient.

First time booking an event space and couldn’t have imagined a better experience! Nina extremely helpful and considerate. She was answered all my questions and communicated well with people helping me with the event. Space was as advertised and can be made to look as you imagine. There are tables and chairs available for use. I held my surprise engagement party and my Fiancé was extremely surprised!
