We have exposed old growth beams and twinkle lights throughout the entire space. We have a small stage with a sexy curved bar, AC/Heat and tons of parking. No smoking, not ADA accessible. CLEANING Rental spaces should be staged in the same arrangement as when entered. Normal event clean up, with the exception of the removal of any food/beverage, will be completed by us. Excess cleaning will be charged at the rate of $40/hr. per person. POSTINGS/DECOR Absolutely no glitter or items with glitter on them. There is limited storage space and all personal items must be removed promptly at the end of each rental period as we are not responsible for any damage/theft that occurs to personal belongings brought into the rental space. Anything designed to be exhibited on the wall must be capable of being installed on a hanging rail. Nothing may be affixed directly to, on, or through the wall. LOADING & UNLOADING The venue is kept locked. Any deliveries/pick-ups outside of the rental period must be arranged with the manager in advance and are subject to additional fees. SOUND: Renter is subject to tech fees if the settings or plugs are changed on the Projector or PA or if the system is damaged in any way. Indoor audio is prohibited after 1AM.
Corina was great to work with. Super fast response to all of my questions. Very flexible too. I had to cancel at the last minute due to flu so didn't end up using the space but it looked so good, I was so sad.
The group found the location nicely placed between Everett and Tacoma. The venue was very clean, pleasant and worked perfectly for our needs. Access to parking was excellent. If we had known there were two restaurants within walking distance, we might have used them instead of catering. Thank you for a very pleasant and affordable meeting. Only downside was the sawing and banging that was going on outside the front door. Next business over was doing some building repairs or something.
We reserved the Hall for a Wedding Reception party. Corina worked with us every step of the way and helped us get the space ready. We were able to hang decorations, bring in food from local vendors, and host a fantastic evening! Everyone had a great time, the space and Corina were amazing! We received a lot of great feedback from family and friends about the space, it was a wonderful evening :)
Corina was a great host and her venue, South Park Hall was amazing to have for a surprise birthday party for my husband. Great communication and great space!
