This 437 seat, fully equipped theater is a beautiful space for performances, conferences, film screenings and more. The lobby features stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and is the perfect compliment to the auditorium. The Theater is a Union house. Your requirements may vary depending on the type of event you are producing; however, you are required to use Union technicians at all key positions and you will be billed for any additional staffing/overtime necessary based on your schedule and specifications. All of the equipment in the theater comes free with the rental with the exception of the projector ($450 to rent), the rear projection screen ($100 to rent), the lavaliere microphones ($50/each to rent; 4 available) and wireless handheld microphones ($25/each). The lobby is included in your rental and can accommodate about 200 people for a standing reception.
-Client is responsible for providing a certificate of insurance naming host as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000. -Production schedule is due prior to event and will determine when the venue is available for you to use and allow us to estimate any additional staffing/overtime required. -Floor plan (including any flame certificates) is required prior to event and may require an assembly permit/open flame permit which starts at $100. -Broadcast/filming/screening plan must be confirmed in advance of event. Additional fees may apply. -All alcohol must be served by a caterer with liquor liability coverage and requires an alcohol permit which costs $25. -Catering/food vendors need to be confirmed prior to event and may require a health permit. -No F&B in the actual theater but it can be enjoyed in the lobby. -Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day. -Client is required to provide ushers for their event (4 - 6 minimum depending on seating plan). -All ticketed events are required to use our box office or pay a buyout fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
