This 437 seat, fully equipped theater is a beautiful space for performances, conferences, film screenings and more. The lobby features stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and is the perfect compliment to the auditorium. The Theater is a Union house. Your requirements may vary depending on the type of event you are producing; however, you are required to use Union technicians at all key positions and you will be billed for any additional staffing/overtime necessary based on your schedule and specifications. All of the equipment in the theater comes free with the rental with the exception of the projector ($530 to rent), the rear projection screen ($120 to rent), the lavaliere microphones ($60/each to rent; 4 available) and wireless handheld microphones ($30/each). The lobby is included in your rental and can accommodate about 200 people for a standing reception.
