Great Space in Downtown Los Angeles, located near to the Arts District. This space can be used for parties, events, meetings, gatherings, photo shoots, filming location or be used as a workspace. Whatever you need it for, this venue works great! It can fit around 400 standing and 200 seated. We have a lot of additional features that can be added on too including a full sound and audio system, projector, parking after 6pm. We would love to be a centre for creatives and entrepreneurs to use. Rental of the Space: For up to 75 people: $200/hr For 75 - 125 people: $250/hr For 125 - 200 people: $300/hr
No Smoking, No Alcohol, No Open Flames. No drilling into walls. No Amplified sound at a high level til after 6pm.
