All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The unique open studio space is 1500 square feet large and can accommodate any setup that you require for your event. Lots of natural light and exposed brick with skylights. It has special character that many guests comment on. A great space for companies to rent out for their clients and teams who attend conferences at the Moscone Center around the corner. A one minute walk from Montgomery BART station, to SFMOMA and to Yerba Buena Gardens. Specific furniture setup can be requested for an additional hour booking. CONCIERGE SERVICES For additional services like catering, furniture rentals, or AV please contact the host or concierge@peerspace.com CONFERENCES For conferences/conventions, including RSA, Game Developers Conference, Oracle World, DreamForce, JPM HealthCare Conference, Google Cloud, Facebook and other similar events. You must book the entire span of the relevant conference at a time. The rate for all day access spanning all days of the relevant conference is $16-22,000. Please inquire with host on how to transact this special rate. $4,000 per day | 4 day minimum | 14h access each day

The space is refreshing and airy with all the amenities you need like wifi, white board, large TV, bathroom, and space to set food out. We appreciated the ability to arrange the tables based on the activities of the day as well as the additional lounge space to create smaller and more casual groups for working sessions. Jonthan was great to work with!

Excellent flex space -- hosted a brunch here and it was a great venue. Appreciated the ability to stream music on the TV and change the layout of the room. Had a little difficulty getting into the venue in the morning but the hosts were super responsive and helped immediately.
