Our space is ideal for small gatherings such as receptions, meetings, and presentations with up to 50 attendees (50 standing we recommend 30 for seated events). We are located in the heart of the SoWa Arts District of Boston close to award wining restaurants, boutique shopping, and ample parking options. With beautiful wood floors, a large front window, and the best contemporary art by New England artists graving the walls, you will have a stylish and sophisticated event to remember. The gallery may be rented any time on Mondays or Tuesdays when the gallery is closed. On other days of the week, the gallery may be available after 5:00 pm. (Regular gallery hours are Wednesday-Sunday from 12-5pm). The space does not have a kitchen but we can recommend caterers. There is one bathroom with access to water.
No smoking in or right outside the gallery. A licensed bartender is required if alcohol is being served. No red wine may be served, due to potential damage to artwork. A member of the Gallery may be present at the front desk. Event patrons may purchase work in the exhibition. Gallery is to be left broom clean—all trash must be removed the night of the event. Renter agrees to pay for the replacement of any damaged artwork at the retail price. All rental equipment must be removed from the gallery before business the next day. *Not included in the space available: office, storage area unless special arrangements have been made.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
