About the Space
This is an ultra spacious studio with very high (20’) ceilings. Making it easy to rig lighting and shoot larger sets or objects. The studio has a large 12’ by 12’ rolling garage door available for loading in upon request. The 12’ by 12’ cyc wall area can be painted to any desired color. Please Note: The Photo Shoot Rate ONLY includes access to the White Cyc wall shooting space and the adjacent restroom. If you are looking to film around the bar, lounge or conference room area please look to the EVENT SPACE booking rate. Driving in a car for filming is available as an add-on fee and requires prior approval and coordination for booking. Standard overhead florescent lighting is installed. Additional film and photo lighting is NOT included in the booking rate. Add-on production and AV equipment is available in the add-on section.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great experience, the studio is set up beautifully. It’s clean, organized, spacious, and literally has anything you could need. Host William was very accommodating and responsive. I’ve been to plenty of studios that don’t match the photos, they’re dirty and unorganized and usually a creepy dude watching over your shoulder the whole time so this was as good as it gets on peer space so far.
