About the Space

Our beautiful rooftop deck is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Enjoy grilling and soaking up some rays or stargazing! Space Features: - WiFi - Casual seating arrangements: couches, club chairs, tables - BBQ grill - Large umbrella - Countertop area(s) for snacks or catering - Fully private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. Restroom(s) are near the space. We recommend visiting the facility before booking to ensure it will suit your needs. To schedule a tour, please submit an inquiry!

Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. While we do our best to communicate with residents that the space is reserved for a private event, residents may be unaware and infrequently enter. We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!

Lauren was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive in helping book and utilize the space for my engagement proposal. She provided clear instructions on the rules of the space and responded quickly to any questions I had. Honest feedback , the place was very beautiful and relaxing . Front desk wasn’t as helpful with giving where too go , nor even helping with bringing things up like getting me some sort of cart until after she saw me struggling … also I didn’t get the keys until almost towards the end of the event . It was very windy up there and the umbrella hit us quite few times due to it tilting . But overall beautiful space I’d come back .

I held my 30th birthday here and we had a great time! The concierge team made sure that we were taken care of, providing a cart for us to help get all of the supplies up to the rooftop, and a fob so that we could get back downstairs without any issues. I would recommend doing a walkthrough before your event, just to figure out where to park and where the bathroom is. It was also helpful for me to meet members of the concierge team ahead of time, so I knew who to look for on the day of my event. One thing to note: there are two sides to the rooftop, and I was actually provided a different side of the rooftop than is shown in the pictures here. It was still lovely and had a great view, but there was no umbrella provided, so we had to bring our own. The walkthrough was really helpful to be able to make a plan!

This was a great space for a small group. Great location, great view. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there was a bathroom closer to the roof. Had to go all the way down to the first floor to use the bathroom.
