The Americano Room features atrium views with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with a calming light. The room includes a mini kitchen complete with sink and granite countertops. Americano Room guests have access to a wall-mounted television, traditional projector, and whiteboard. A rollaway TV with video conferencing can be made available upon request and based on availability. Tables and chairs can be configured to suit your event. This room has a capacity for up to 60 people in rows and up to 28 with a boardroom style configuration or classroom seating. Please note that setup is not included. All furniture is included in the room. Additional setup and after hours fees may apply. We also have a snack cart and a hot beverage service for meetings and events. We do not have any food or catering restrictions. Rental Fees: $125/hour or $450 for 4 hours, $900 for the full day or $6,500 month to month.

Space was very clean, exactly as described, and fit our needs well. The atrium in the lobby is a very nice space and lent a level of professionalism. Our event coordinator was very friendly and helpful. Had a few issues with the elevator operation but we were able to work around them.

Jessica and her team were great! Space was comfortable and received feedback from participants that they enjoyed being offsite from the office in order to minimize interruptions. We had global attendees flying in, and were able to keep on-task and have a collaborative working session due to the setup and space. Would return for other offsite meetings without hesitation.
