**The rental fee shown here is special pricing, available through 2/1/19** The Café Grande room is the main co-working space that serves as a flexible space for up to 100 people starting at 8:30 AM Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. We require a two hour minimum booking for this space. This space features modular seating including tables, chairs, and couches. Whiteboards and a projector for presentations are included at no additional charge. This grand meeting space is ideal for evening presentations, networking events, and meetups. Additional setup and fees may apply if booking after our regular operating hours with a minimum of 2 hours and a $35/hour charge for after hours fees which include the front door and elevators. We also have a snack cart and a hot beverage service for meetings and events. We do not have any food or catering restrictions. If you are bringing in your own catering, be prepared to pay a $50 catering fee. If you would like custom setup, there is a $100 set up fee.
