This space is a wellness + beauty co-op. It's a hair + nail salon, yoga studio, kitchen plus private treatment rooms. 7500 sq ft that can be converted for your needs! There are accessible fire escapes with amazing views of downtown LA. Conveniently located near Staple Center. Perfect for filming, shoots, or private events. We are excellent hosts and can help with catering and bar service if need be. Events can also include salon services such as massage or blow outs! We are open to any creative use of our space! The walls are also used as gallery space so the art always changing down our dramatic open hallways. There is valet located in our building as well as lot and street parking.
