About the Space

A stunning modern, and architecturally significant space perfect for anything from strategic offsites to personal growth retreats. This unique venue is sophisticated and comfortable. Mid-century modern homes designed reflect the “inside out”aesthetic Frank Lloyd Wright made famous and that inspires natural beauty, creativity and peace. Open plan kitchen with counter seating is perfect for cooking demonstrations and catering providers love it for ceating amazing buffets. A rustic re-purposed barn plank table seats 12. There are two living room areas, a large office and outdoor spaces that work beautifully as break-out rooms as well. Fully equipped for electronic presentations and high-speed Wi-Fi. This space easily accommodates up to 15- 20 guests for meetings and up to 50 for receptions and small gatherings and celebrations. The central Peninsula location off of El Camino Real is equidistant between HWYs 101 and 280 it is easily accessible. There is ample, free and safe driveway and on-street parking. Beautiful indoor and outdoor gardens make more natural gathering spots with 3-hole putting green and area for bean bag toss competitions!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The space has informational signage including:

This space was exactly what we needed for our video shoot. The space was well kept, comfortable and professional at the same time. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this space to others.

This studio is one of the best locations for portrait photography. There's a lot of natural light, the decor is mid-century modern, and the yard is amazing at sunset. I highly recommend renting this space for the aesthetic and working with Amy is amazing. She is a very accommodating host.
