All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in West Seattle, a corner spot with tons of charm and lovingly 6 mis-matched tables straight from your grandma's dreams. We have a espresso, waffles & beer on tap. We have a hint of nautical flair, not short on character, a designated lounge area. Bar for adults only with 4 stools. We can make you a waffle bar, we have 6 taps, spicy sangria and spicier staff. We are a working cafe in the day but ready to host you in the afternoon anytime after 4pm.

There is only street parking but you don't have to pay. It's a 2 hour limit.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Fabulous and fun space! We were treated wonderfully and had the best time with our small group. The food and drinks were delicious. The ambiance was complete with seasonal decor and killer tunes. Would book again in a heartbeat!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to book my best friend's baby shower. Being from out of town made planning this difficult enough, but Corina made it easy and was so responsive! The waffle bar was a delight and Corina even lent us a few chafing dishes for our hot appetizers. Given that it's a coffee shop during the day, it was great to have access to a variety of espresso, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Loved that lavender lemonade! Her team was so sweet to us. The venue is nice for people to mingle and even has a beautiful flower shop in the back which made for some nice photos. Definitely would book this again if I had another event to host in Seattle!

Outstanding event space for mid to small size group. Lighting was perfect and adjustable, tables and chairs were moveable to create socializing space, bar and stools were cute, lots of zone for folks to talk, dance and hang. Killer selection of adult beverages, actually got some compliments on that! Yvonne the bar tender/staff person was unbelievably kind and warm. Truly a bright spirit. Loved the whole experience.
