About the Space
Our completely remodeled Edwardian home is perfect for birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, photo shoots, and musical performances. The house receives tons of natural light throughout the day, making it ideal for photography and videography. The clean, uncluttered rustic chic styling is timeless and soothing. The chef's kitchen is perfect for catering or cooking, and the house has plenty of pretty serving dishes, and tableware for 10-15 people. The farmhouse dining table can be extended to seat 14 people. We have a total of 8 dining chairs and 12 folding chairs (seating for 20). There are 2.5 stylish carrara marble bathrooms (completely remodeled in 2017) so larger groups can be comfortably accommodated. The main level has an open kitchen, livingroom, diningroom layout. Additionally there are 2 master suites and a separate 1/2 bath on this level. We have 1 garage parking spot (large enough for SUV)- please let me know in advance if you need it. A note on hourly rate: The base rate is for up to 30 guests, if your event will have more people, the house can accommodate up to 50 people, for an additional $30/hour. This is to help offset the additional wear and tear on the house. You are responsible for bagging up all trash, including bottles and cans, and removing open food from fridge (unopened food and drinks can be left if needed). Please wipe up spills promptly, to avoid damaging the hardwood floors and delicate marble countertops.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. SO happy I was able to book this location for my photog contractor. I'm based in GA so I had to navigate this booking in another time zone lol Nikki was great! Really wonderful, open living space and tastefully styled. The light coming in from the Pacific to west was wonderful. Nikki was quick to respond to questions and helped extend our visit. There was a slight problem with a chirping fire alarm but we worked through that easily.

Amazing space. Wonderful host. Will def be booking again. Filmed a series of product commercials for kitchen and storage goods. The kitchen, dining room, and living area were more than spacious enough for a small crew and commercial lighting and grip. The host was helpful and responsive.

Wow! First time using peerspace and so pleased! This home was a dream...I really feel like the photos did not do it justice. First off it’s HUGE, so much room for different photoshoot scenes. Also immaculate, clean and styled to a T, perfect lighting, heated and toasty warm upon arrival! They even left little towels on the beds and and host was very quick to reply when I couldn’t figure out the door code(I was too early). I would definitely rent again. Thank you Nikki- I want to live here!!!
