There is a full kitchen, prep station We have several tables and chairs for seated events and will rent more as needed for additional fees. This space and the host was above and beyond my expectations! I had a meetup event with food and drinks and a panel discussion for about 30 people. Cameron was very responsive and easy to work with. It was my first time using peerspace and I am pleased with my overall experience.I initially booked the space for 60 people, but at the last minute I only needed tables and chairs for half that amount. Cameron was able to help accommodate on short notice. The venue is exactly as advertised with no hidden fees and it had ample space, tables, and chairs for the event I initially plannned. The clean and rustic vibe of the space was the talk of all the guests. Cameron was helpful from beginning to end. He and his team helped me start setup and remained available by phone, if there was anything else needed during the event. There is a soundsystem that was available for use as advertised and he walked us through how to use it prior to the event starting. The location of the space was ideal in a residential area with plenty of street parking, access to public transportation, and stores on each corner if you forgot anything last minute for the event. The guests easily found the location. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely book again and I would definitely recommend this space.

Cameron was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my messages and questions, allowed me to see the venue before the event and even helped set up on the actual day of the Gender Reveal! The space was beautiful and my vision came to life, seeing our family and friends come together was truly an experience. Will definitely book again!

Had my first gallery here, the space is absolutely beautiful and spacious! Cameron was the best host ever, he knew it was my first show and he was so helpful and accommodating with everything I needed! He gave me suggestions and was just so generous I would definitely book with him again!

10/10 Recommend! The space is beautiful, clean and well equipped. But more importantly, communication with Cameron was a breeze and he id very helpful in setting the space up.

I leveraged the venue space for my mother’s retirement party and turned out to be a wonderful evening. Cameron and his team were extremely flexible, resourceful and accommodating. The only issue we ran into the kitchen. There isn’t a proper refrigerator and the faucets were broken (leaked and sprayed all the place when on); however Cameron responded quickly to provide a temporary fix. Despite this blip… I’d recommend this venue for a small party/event.
