We are a residence that prefers to have guests come and go in the manner they would in their own space. As a courtesy to our guests and neighbors we limit any work, if any, to after 8 a.m. We turn on evening lights at dusk and the guest has the ability to turn out outdoor lights or we are happy to do so.. the entrance is lit for adequate and safe walking.
We prefer to limit overnight guests to a limit of 7 people before asking for approval for more - a sane dinner party or cocktail is encouraged - and guests are no problem...however we do not have extra parking passes - free street parking is two houses away.
Parties and noise need to be completed by 11:30 pm - midnight.
We frown on third party reservations - if you are renting you should be the party that stays here.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
A lovely Garden Setting with a Boldly Designed space, with Cabana and Guest House. The romantic and Whimsical setting is very thoughtfully designed and can support several large banquet tables, or hold 75 people standing. The Guest house has a room with a bed on the second floor, is a total of 500 sq. feet - the kitchen can easily support a cook for parties that opens out onto the cabana and garden - good for passed food, cocktails or even sit down dinner that holds up to 10-15 people The house receives a lot of play due to the rather unique and bold design and use of colors. We are happy to show the house in person prior to your event or booking

Yes, I would book again.
Darren was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive over text and available to answer any questions during the shoot as well. We recommend checking out the main home as it is beautifully furnished. While the space is small, it has lots of nooks and crannies that looked different from each other which worked well for our lookbook shoot. Good for smaller productions looking for a uniquely-furnished space!
