About the Space
Super bright, clean and modern designer townhouse, filled with art, in the center of Harlem. Fantastic for photo shoots, filming, interviews, etc. Parlor floor: Large open living room with a baby grand piano, guest powder room, sunlit open kitchen with a large dining table and high-end appliances looking out on and with access to beautiful city garden with large dining table and hammock.. Second floor: Bedrooms are not available. Third floor: Large sunlit office with rare original Bruce Burdick for Herman Miller executive modular desk and glass conference table, high-end USM Haller modular office furniture and bright and cozy guest bedroom, available UPON AGREEMENT ONLY, additional cost of $ 350/hour.
