Our beautiful lofty space is in the heart of the neighborhood with 2min walking distance from the Echo Park Lake and right by Sunset Blvd. Getting here is really easy with close connections to the 101 and 2 freeway and free street parking in the neighborhood. The space has a full store front and is about 850 square feet. The room has a small stage, a workshop area in the middle and the back is a photo studio. We have a bathroom and small coffee kitchen. The venue comes fully equipped with a Sonos sound system and projector with screen. We are a daytime/early evening venue. Please no inquiries for afterhours events (see rules for more information). Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This is a lovely space. We threw a Fundraiser for my son’s school and everything went very smooth. It was a silent auction and we had art we needed to hang. The space has a gallery hanging system that was really easy to use. It’s also equipped with speakers you can easily connect to your phone and play whatever music you have. The owners are very responsive. They were also very generous and made an in-kind donation to the school. I really have nothing except good things to say. Thank you for a wonderful Fundraiser.
