LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the on-site manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking.
RESTRICTIONS:
*No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building.
*No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site.
*No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects.
*No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed.

Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is our largest conference room that has a large wood conference table that can sit up to 10 people comfortably. We provide a monitor display with a wireless connector, conference phone and whiteboard. Conference Room A is conveniently located in the front of The Cloud Room, allowing you to welcome your guests with ease. Conveniently located in the heart of Capitol Hill, our room has glass walls looking out on reception area, with option to use a privacy curtain for sensitive or confidential content. Coffee service and catering is available upon request. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. may be an additional cost to the guest. Host will work with guests and forward to Peerspace Concierge with anything else. CONVENIENCE Street parking and parking garages are close by. Recommend shared rides.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
The space was great! It was basically everything we wanted. The only thing was that without A/C, the room ran hot. The fan helped but it might've been nice to have another (more powerful fan) in there. Overall, it was excellent!
